Band Camp Registration is LIVE!!

Welcome to the registration for the 2025-2026 band camp and season. When registering, please note that a Band fee deposit of $140 and a Color Guard Band Fee of $200 for the first month's band fee is required, regardless of any remaining balance in your student's CutTime account.

This year’s Band Camp registration consists of a multi-page online form:

- Page 1: Student Info, SCA, Band Picture, and Trip Permission

- Page 2: Medical Release - See TSSAA Sport Physical Info below

- Page 3: Financial Responsibility & Deposit Payment

TSSAA Student Physical is required for all students participating in the 2025-26 season. We encourage everyone to complete their physical exams as soon as possible. Students will turn in their forms on the first day of band camp on Monday, July 9, 2025

  • Download the "Preparticipation Medical Evaluation Form & Emergency Treatment/Parent's Consent Form."

  • Kindly submit your student's "Medical Eligibility Form" to Mr. Stevens, Mr. Calhoun, a Band Executive Board Member, or a Member of the Band Medical Team.

Volunteer and Chaperone Info:

  • Chaperone Volunteer Form (Online Form)

  • Volunteer Survey and Signup (Online Form)

  • Tipton County Schools Volunteer Background Check Info (Updated 09/11/23)

    • Go to Munford High School Office and collect the Tipton County School Background Check form

    • Complete the Volunteer Application

    • Return the completed form along with the receipt for the background check to Munford High School for the principal's signature.

    • The school is then responsible for sending the signed volunteer form to the Central Office.

    • Await approval.
