Band Photos with John Tucker - Sept 9th
Hey band,
We are holding our ALL BAND professional photo shoot with John Tucker Photography on Saturday, September 9th at 1:00 pm in the MHS Gym. All band members will take pictures in our new uniforms, and picture packages are available for purchase. Attached is Mr. Tucker's official order form, and below is the information Mr. Tucker wanted to share about the process.

Here are a few hints, tips, and answers to help those new to the process
We will do the band GROUP shot in the gym...
Band members need to line up in the bleachers, tallest to shortest...we will let them know how many to each row that day.
Color guard and field commander front row.
After the entire band shot, we will have the field commander call out each group, ONE BY ONE, for section photos.....COLOR GUARD FIRST, FOLLOWED BY SENIORS...THEN the other sections.
After your section photo, line up for your individual photo...I would encourage EVERYONE to get their individual photo made
If you turn in an order form, you MUST HAVE YOUR INDIVIDUAL PHOTO MADE.
Upper class, please let freshmen know that they MUST get their individual photos made. Each year someone fails to do so.
It is imperative to get your photo done on picture day, or YOUR PHOTO FROM YOUR SECTIONAL WILL BE ROUGHLY CUT OUT AND USED (and you don't want that).
Please be prompt as we have a very short time to accomplish this.
Everyone will not need their instrument, and we encourage each section to have ONE leader to help with an instrument for their section.....if you can carry your instrument easily, ok, but no need to have 20 Tubas when they can be shared.
Drummers usually just hold their sticks.
Buddy or Sibling pictures can be made...make sure you fill out an EXTRA form with BOTH NAMES on that form and let the lady that is writing down names know that you want to take a buddy photo.
Your dedication and determination will make this the best picture day of the year.
Don't get stressed, smile and relax, but remember, this is just like a competition...put your best foot forward.
It is very important that we all work in a timely manner to accomplish the task at hand.
Payment Info
If paying by credit or debit, make sure you put ALL NUMBERs, your 3-digit code from the back, your exp number, and your billing zip code.
Failure to do so will result in your order being delayed, and an additional mailing charge will be incurred.
Ordering and Items Additional Info
A BANDMATE has the individual photo at the top and the entire band at the bottom.
Buttons are one of the most wanted items...make sure you get enough.
If your name is Junior, but you are called James...make sure your name on your form is the same name you tell the lady writing down names at the individual photo station.
I will have a table set up where you can turn in your order form as soon as you arrive.
TURN ORDER FORMS IN AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE AT THE TABLE OUTSIDE THE BAND ROOM.
