Atoka BBQ Fest - Volunteers Needed!!

The city of Atoka has asked us to serve the city for the BBQ Fest coming up April 6 & 7. They’d also like to donate to the band!! This will be an awesome opportunity to let our Atoka family know more about the band and the upcoming Tournament of Roses Parade.

Here’s what we need:
10 people needed on Thursday (April 5th) evening from 4pm - 10pm.
20-30 people on Friday and Saturday. Friday’s hours will be 4pm-10pm. Saturday will be 9am-6pm.

Please feel free to email me at tom.combs@echo-it.com if you can help. Students, parents, families, alumni, and friends can all lend a hand. There are a lot of volunteers needed and over the 3 days and help would be much appreciated, even if its only a couple hours. Thank you!
